Two great tastes that taste great together
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge Truffles:
- 1 batch of Chocolate FUNdue
- chopped unsalted peanuts
- Prepare FUNdue and place in glass bowl and chill until firm.
- Using a small cookie scoop, measure out the FUNdue and roll in chopped peanuts.
- Freeze until firm.
Chef’s Notes: I like to put these on individual candy papers. I buy See’s Candies boxes and put them inside and fool people all the time! You can make a raw version of these treats by using raw almond butter, raw cashew butter or raw tahini.
