Everything was top of the line. I was impressed mostly with the enthusiasm and passion that was displayed in all events; however I was taken aback by the humility and dedication of the chef who prepared our food, did workshops and was at the same time teaching the staff. His dedication and humble demeanor encouraged me to continue to eat this way when I get back home. Which means my experience here was life changing - maybe even life saving.
