As a Latin-American, I grew up eating rice and all kinds of beans, fresh fruits and an array of vegetables. Fish and dairy have been harder to let go. The information and spirit of this conference have provided me with excellent motivation to transition to veganism. My husband dragged me to this conference kicking and screaming (not my idea of a vacation). So glad we came now. Vegetarian Summerfest is a treasure. We'll be back. Thanks, David. Thanks NAVS!!
